Corr numerous: Ulster, particularly Tyrone, and N Leinster etc. Ir. Ó Corra. Woulfe derives it from corra, a spear. It is a variant of Carr, Kerr and Corry, all of which see.

Corrie rare: Belfast, Derry. This is a Scottish name but it also likely to be a variant of Corry, q.v.
Corry numerous: Antrim, Tyrone, Clare, Limerick. Ir. Mac Gothraidh, in Fermanagh; Ó Comhraí in Clare. Ó Corra is of general application. See also Curry. MIF.
Currie numerous: Ulster. Generally Scottish but with large over-lap with Irish Curry, q.v. The Scottish Curries were a branch of the MacDonalds.
Curry numerous: mainly Ulster, also Leinster & Connacht. Ir. Ó Comhraidhe (Comhraí). The recognised septs were in Thomond (Clare) and W Meath. Also occurs as Corry, q.v.
Mac Mhuireadhaigh Currie: líonmhar i gCúige Uladh. Dream Albanach a bhain le Mac Domhnaill thall. Bhí siad suite in Aontroim. Tá meascadh le Mac Gothraidh a bhí i bhFear Manach, tráth.
MacCorry numerous: Belfast area etc. Ir. Mac Gothraidh (son of Godfrey). There was a family of this name related to the Maguires of Fermanagh.MIF.
