Muldoon	numerous: Tyrone-Derry-Donegal, Monaghan, N Midlands, Connacht. Ir. Ó Maoldúin, Maoldúin, a legendary first name. Mainly a sept of Fermanagh, there were other families in Sligo and Clare. The name has been changed to Meldon but this is rare.
