Courtney numerous: Kerry, Cork, E Ulster. Ir. O Curnáin and Mac Cuarta (Ulster). However it is a Norman name, Courtenai, which must be the origin of some of the names.
Curnane Very rare: Kerry. Ir. Ó Curnáin. Now generally anglicised Countney. Curnán was a personal name - it survives in Kilcornan, Limerick.
Curneen rare: scattered. Ir. Ó Cuirnín. A literary family of Breifne, related to the O'Rourkes. SGG.
Curnyn Very rare: Mayo. Synonym of Curneen.
