Cuffe : fairly numerous: Midlands, Mayo-Galway etc. English, 16 cent but also anglicisation of(1) Mac Dhuibh (MacDuff) and (2) Ó Doirnín in Ulster.
Mac Dhuibh Cuffe: Connachta: ós rud é nach féidir idirdhealú a dhéanamh ar an sloinne Sasanach (atá in Éirinn ón 16 céad) ní fios cé mhéid de mhunntir Mhic Dhuibh atá ann.
